Hello All:
I have been trying to install festival and festvox with hts framework
for a while. Unfortunately, I could not find it working it properly.
Would be possible to find help for the following error message to be solved.
Help and advice would be higly appreciated.

The message after configure and make of festival is the follows:

Making in directory ./doc ...
../bin/festival -man_options >festival.options
../bin/festival: error while loading shared libraries: libestbase.so:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [festival.options] Error 127
rm festival.options
make: *** [doc] Error 2
[paul at localhost festival]$ make test
../bin/festival: error while loading shared libraries: libestbase.so:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [testinstall] Error 1
make: *** [test] Error 2

What compiler do you use? libestbase.a should be statically compiled in festival, but
it seems that your compiler tries to use shared library. If you still can't solve that
problem, provide more information, like build log which you can collect with

./configure && make clean && make >& build.log

command.

The position of festival installtion on my system is

gcc version 3.4.3 20050227 (Red Hat 3.4.3-22.fc3)

My festival location with speech tools is

I have got an error message during festival make test:
[paul at localhost festival]$ make test
